We offer FREE SHIPPING WITHIN MALAYSIA and WE SHIP WORLDWIDE (rates vary according to different countries)
Orders are shipped out every Monday and Thursday. (excluding Malaysia Public Holidays)
Cut-off at 6pm the day before shipping day.
Estimated shipping delivery timelines will be notified upon checkout and vary according to countries. We only use trackable courier services.
However, do note that there will be some delays as we all endure the on-going pandemic, with different countries implementing different movement restrictions to manage these unprecedented times.
There will be delays during certain festive periods such as Chinese New Year, Hari Raya, Year-end Holidays, and Christmas.
So, be sure to place your orders as early as possible to avoid any disappointment.
In the event that your parcel has failed to be delivered to you (due to unforeseen circumstances) and is not collected from the designated courier company in your country after being notified, it will automatically be sent back to us. Parcels will usually be kept for a maximum of 7 working days by the designated courier company.
There will be additional shipping fees incurred for your parcel to be posted back to you again. Rates will differ based on daily currency exchange rates and the arrangement will be made via email.
All international orders may be subject to import duties, tax and other handling fees at your country. These fees are solely borne by buyers.
CAVERN OF WONDROUS CURATIONS shall not be held responsible for these charges applied to your parcel.
